This privacy notice applies only to the Midwest Topology Seminar at Indiana University web site (www.indiana.edu/~mtopsem) and explains our practices concerning the collection, use, and disclosure of visitor information. Visitor information collected by Midwest Topology Seminar at Indiana University will be used only as outlined in this privacy notice.
Other units at the university may collect and use visitor information in different ways. In addition to any information collected by Webserve, our server and/or site does not collect any technical information from your computer or about your connection.
Continued use of our website indicates consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of this information as described in this notice.

The name and affiliation (but not contact information) of conference registrants who do not opt out is displayed on the Participants List. An opt-out preference field is prominently displayed on the registration form; if you did not opt out at registration and would prefer for your name not to be displayed, please contact us at the email address or phone number below.

While we are committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to university websites, and you do so at your own risk. We do not ask for sensitive information (such as financial or health information, id numbers, etc.) and exhort you not to submit such information
